Spelling Homework:
Monday- Write each word 10 times (physically) or alphabetical order
Tuesday- Write down the definitions
Wednesday- Write 10 sentences using the spelling words
Thursday- Write 10 new sentences using any words that you missed
Friday- Spelling Test, no homework over weekend (typical school year)
Read with your child everyday for 20 minutes or more!
Studies have shown that a student who reads 20 minutes a day will have read half a million words by the end of the year!
Homework will be due at the end of the week so that I can check up or send emails out to parents to let them know of your progress as time allows.
